Anyone know when ILDNR usually posts the leftovers for the 2nd lottery? I'm not even sure what page they post it on their new site. Been lookin but found nothing yet.

Ya I fanally found it yesterday. I'm picking some public properties for a friend here at work to apply with his son. Their first time. I see quite a few good tags are left.
