Default advice on kansas public land unit 14 or 8

first time kansas bowhunter, have a tag for unit 14 with adjacent unit 8, gonna try around milford lake area, wondering how the pressure is there around mid november or if there are any other less pressurized public grounds in that are, its me and my 62 yr old father doin it public!!!! thanks for any info!!!!

While I've never hunted there, I have fished the lake a few times. As I'm sure you know, there's lots of land to hunt and know there Are plenty of deer. If you can hit a full moon in the second or third week of November you should have good action with the potential for a monster.

They are there and the rut will have them on the move.
