Really? Wow. Why are states like Iowa making it harder to get a NR license but Ill. is making it easier? Hope I'm not opening a can of worms.

Because unlike Iowa IL isn't concerned with it's deer herd only how much & how fast they can make $$$ from it.

but thats just my opinion.
