I would rather the DNR Gets a grip on the numbers and manages deer population rather than dates. I feel that is more important. I would enjoy the extended hunting at a leisurely pace rather than the nine day "race" to get a deer. More importantly would likely be a safer season as well.

Just some thoughts.

You Know, maybe we can learn from this. It seems to get the DNR to do something "RIGHT" they need to get some bad press. Boy have they been getting laid into on this one recently. Looks like all it takes is FOX11 and a senator to get them in line. "INTERESTING"...
