I know I am a little late, but I am wanting to plan a turkey hunt for my father-in-law and I. We live in Indiana and would love to find someone to take us turkey hunting. We dont want to do a put and take, we did that with pheasant and was not like hunting wild bird. If anyone is interested or knows someone who might be interested please post. Thank you.

I could be wrong but i do not think put and take is legal for turkey. i seem to remeber something about releasing grown turkeys to the wild.

Yes, a put in take is illegal for turkey. I am looking for someone with land with known turkey on it to guide us for a hunt.
