Something I do think they screwed up on with their changes is that there was no provision made for landowners to still retain their right to free landowner permits AND be able to buy county permits to hunt land other than theirs.

Unless I am not seeing it.

IF the money goes back into it....thats the question. Whether this money will be put into the general fund still remains to be seen. I recall reading a few weeks ago that Quinn was looking to put some money into the general fund to pay other needs if necessary.
