Dang, maybe I was wrong.........
You have all heard my perspective on the CWD before the Wisconsin Gun Season started. I stated that we were going to find that CWD was spread all accross the state and that probably everyone of us had at some time eaten CWD deer. Well, it looks like the WDNR just may have shot my theory full of holes. It looks like from all the testing that they have done, it' s just confined to the small area that it started in, or.............is it really ??? Could the DNR have been lying to us about results of the testing (you can' t beleive they would do that now?) to make it sound NOT as bad as they had first thought the problem to be !!!!!!
Now, I really don' t know what to beleive. Are they trying to CYA, as they say ????

I still want to see them do the same type of sampling around the positves in Sauk, Richland, and Grant counties as they did in my back yard. They killed and sampled at least 3 deer from each section in the " Core Area" .
I also want to know what they decided to do about the positives discovered from that independant lab. Have they come to some sort of agreement with them to exchange tissue samples both ways?
The WDNR has an oppertunity to increase believabilty in their theories. Will they? I doubt it.
