Default Ohio lodging

Abuddy and I are planning on heading back out to Ohio to do some scouting at Tri Valley.
We were out a few months ago to scout Dillion and the place I booked over the web was a nightmare.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not looking for aFour Seasons.
I was thinking of possibly looking for a cabin as we may consider bringing the ladies with us fortheweekend.
Found some on the DNR website, but they were all at least 100 a night. Wondering if any of you have suggestions.
Thanks fellas

JUST "priceline" hotel rooms anywhere along I-70...I ususally get them for $50-55 a night near Cambridge / Zanesville... you do know that areagets extremely crowded at times.. If you really want to take your ladies, SALT FORK Lodge will impress them for sure, afterall, Gas is $4+ a gallon, what's a hotel room... Why not go out the first week of AUG, go to the http://www.deerassic.com the party has to be seen to be believed..

gutshot, I don't know about cabins . .but there's a pretty cheap hotel on 7thin Zanesville, just a couple blocks south of 70($49 a night I think). It books up fast during gun season, but if you're bow hunting, it shouldn't be a problem getting a room. Also if you're in the area, you should check out Blue Rock, that's where I hunt. Dillon is a bit crowded for my taste.

Thanks for the info fellas.
I really wasn't all that impressed with Dillion either. We found a couple of places, but it does seem like it gets hit hard. That's the reason why we were gonna head back out to check out Tri-Valley. Maybe we'll look into Blue Rock as well.
I'll also have to look into deerassic expo-it looks like a good time.

Looks like it's gonna be some time in sept. Have not yet set a date for sure, but I'd like to stay and scout the entire weekend.
