Well by golly ole Rod does know there is a Illinois South of I80. I seen him on the news humping sand bags in one of the flooded areas. Didn't look like he was break'in much of a sweat though.....

How far south has he gone. Most folks like that think that they are on Safari if they have to go further souththan Springfield.

Well "Pretty Boy Rod" is at it again. Threating to cut Human Services, Dept. of Corrections, and his favorite "Whipping Boy" the Dept. of Natural Resources if the Legislators don't come up with a balanced budget. This guy is a disgrace to politics......
