What's all the controversy? I haven't really heard details...

I know they've been gunning for him since he got in it seems. Is he any dirtier than any other politician I'm wondering? Possibly cleaner?

I think that Illinois and Louisiana is in a race for the number of corrupt politicians. A lot of other states is not far behind

The SOB is not only corrupt, but he has no problem stating his anti hunting and anti guns opinions and continues to use his power in office to undermine the Illinois DNR (almost to the point of bankrupting them), attempts to cut public hunting areas and hunting programs, and attempting to spread Cook County's anti gun laws to the rest of the State.

Actually, in Illinois, the corruption is mostly concentrated in Chicago. In Louisiana, it is pretty much statewide.

Any man who tries to take away my hunting is an enemy to me. This guy is corrupt as they come. Should only be a matter of time until he is splitting a cell with Ryan. The Rezko trial def. shed some light on how dirty Blago is. Get him out of office and lets get aless corrupt, pro hunter into office.

Its got to be a real agonizing dilemma for him. On the one hand you know damn well, he doesn't like the idea of folks roaming the woods with guns shooting Bambi. But on the other hand, the state is raking in the revenue from deer permits with both hands, and it is money that can be dipped into for everything but funding the DNR.

Don't forget Barack Osama. He's right there with Blowjoba*****. Rezko was a campaign worker for him as well. And rather than impeaching Rod, we should turn him loose in the woods and sell tags to handgun hunt him. The DNR couldcertainly use the money!

Personally, I'd like to see Brady (sp?) who is a representative out of Peoria I think. Of course he's a republican so it wouldn't be for another 2 years, but Rod won't be out of office until then anyways.

Newspapers are starting to run polls on whether or not Blago should be impeached. In my county seat, 83% are voting yes and it is not exactly hardcore repulican terriotory.

It does not matter what the rest of the state thinks, only what Chicago and Cook Co thinks. The rest of just have put up with the **** with our thumbs up our butts.

As far as who is next, again it does not matter, it will be a Dem out of the Chicago machine. Just the way it is!!!!!!!!!!

IF, and I mean IF, he is impeached as part of a process that is in any way a bi-partisan, it might reform things a little. Who knows, but it is worth a shot, and it is not like his replacement could be much worse.
