RE: Minnesota hunters
Another MN guy here. I haven't been reading this site for quite awhile and figured I'd check in before the seasons start. I'm up near Itasca State Park and while bow season isn't bad (but getting worse) when the rifle season starts you'llsee every nitwit in the country up around here. The human population goes from 3,000 to 300,000 the day before rifle season starts. Sure get some idiots wandering the woods. If you don't get your deer the first day or two you may as well wait till the middle of the week and the deer have calmed down a bit.

Hi everyone!
Grew up in the south Metro, currently live/work in Downtown Minneapolis. I bow hunt near Askov/Sandstone area with the old man. Can not wait to get back in the camo for the next few months.
Good luck to everyone!!

RE: Minnesota hunters
HI everyone just joined. I live in Geneva which is just south of Owattona. Grew up in WI and started hunting again last year. I am trying to find decent public land around me. Thats the hardest part for me since there isn't much land or the size isn't that big. Thinking of going to whitewater?
