I imagine the place in Maple Lake was called H&H sport Shop on hwy 55? It's the only place I can think of that may have done any kind of outfitting. Although now they just have a gun shop and have eliminated archery. Thats where I register all my deer. Nice place.

If any of you folks shoot Traditional bows there's a Traditional shoot in Coon Rapids, Minnesota Fathers Day weekend. Its an awesome shoot. Its 3 rounds of 20. Minnesota round, Western round, Africa round. Its a blast and I plan on going there again this year!

You're thinking of H&H Sport Shop. It's changed hands a few times, not much of an archery place anymore. I heard there's quite a nice shop in Lithfield now.

You're right about the bear, I've never hunted them, but am seriously considering it, we've got atleast 3 different ones on the trail camdestroying our feeders.

I haven't been there yet. Funny thing is I live 6 miles north of the place.

Hello all!
I just graduated pharmacy school and moved to Eden Prairie from the Sioux Falls, SD area. I'm looking to get into Mn deer hunting this season. Anyway, being new to the state, I was wondering if anybody knew of a good rifle range around the metro area? Thanks,

Matt
