Default RE: Illinois DNR is hurting

Thats what sucks about the thing, we pay for our outdoor sports moreso than other people, and funds get missapropreated to things that don"t pay for them selves. Old people on busses, wellfair, food stamps, un-employment,and re-building things that don"t need to be re-built. In Illinois thay put the crow on the migratory bird list, how much did that study cost you and me?

The crow is on the migratory bird list because of some international agreement. One of the countries on this agreement is Mexico, and the official bird of Mexico is the crow.

Thats sort of the same deal with the canadian goose, in Illinois you can only take two can. goose a day. You can take four mallards, there are so many more geese than mallards it"s not even funny. Just don"t make sence to this dumb farm kid. Canada has an agreement with the US. How many can you shoot in canada? I don"t know, but I"d bet it"s more than two.
