I'll be at Lake Shelbyville bowhunting public ground for those deer-type-critters in the morning and evening, with sometree-rat-snuffing via shotgun mid-day. Gonna meet up with another buddy who is camping nearby one night for a campfire and some BS.

We do some great bowfishing down at Lake Shelbyville too when things are warmer (although you can do it all year). In fact, the statewide bowfishing championship shoot is held there every year.Not enough time this trip though.

The Illinois Bowfishers have taken almost 8,000 fishby bow thisyear.
It's the most fun I've ever had shooting my bow. You should try it.
