while working on a leaf collection for my son we came across fresh rubs!!!great sign with bow season in illinois next week any large rubs seen this year??????????????????????////// we found 17 rubs on a 5 ac. draw between corn fields bumped two bucks and 3 does at 4:30 IN THE DAY bedded under holly against the pond

I have heard of guys that bump a deer in the early season while scouting. They place their stand in the same location they saw the buck. Tagged em' the next week.
Hunt those early season rubs for sure. Stay downwind and I predict you'll get a shot at em'
