No, these are not the regular deer tags we're talking about. These permits are for special public land limited draw hunts. And yes, Missouri also has a draw system in place for such permits.I know, because I applied for one this year.

Yes Missouri does have drawings for managed hunts. I was referring to just regular deer tags.
