What is the best month/or days to start shed hunting here in NW ks...

I like to start shed antler hunting in late Feb - early March. But a lot of people will start looking for sheds as early as January. It just depends on the spot. If you have competition, then get out there early. If not, then I'd recommend waiting until they all fall. Good luck.

I hunt sheds in SE Kansas so i don't know how great the difference would be but i start in mid Feb. If thats of any help to you. Good luck.
