After five years I finally got one for the Thumb area, last week in April. Now watch this year it will be 70 degrees and the hens will be nesting.

I tried for my first Michigan hunt and got shot down (so to speak). There were 6 of us that put in as a party for the Manistee area. I really thought we would get picked. Had my hopes up, now I don't know what I'm going to do since there are not hardly any Turkeys where I live in Indiana.
