I actually saw a lull in action/rubs/scrapes this weekend over last. It could be a variety of factors but I'm sure it will pick up with these nice frosty mornings. T-zone hunts will screw up some great bowhunting days.

In spots in Western WI, there is a lot of scrape and rub activity...little chasing yet but that's right around the corner. Get out and do it.

Well I didnt have any luck and didnt see a thing from my stand. I did see a very nice buck in the back of a truck while driving by blystones on 33 Friday morning.
Hope they didnt shoot it near there since my grandmothers is near there.

Western wisconsin action is really starting to pick up...but rut is still a few weeks away

Hopefully during the start of the Reg Wi gun season the 19th.
