Hey KS -
My buck weighed 152 lbs field dressed (DNR says 2 1/2 yrs old). Small 7 pt basket rack. Picked up the meat from the butchers Tuesday - he filled up 5 grocery bags. Lotta meat.
I've got the rack & skull cap if anyone would like to walk me through measuring. It's my first deer - so while I understand the concept of measuring, It'd be great to have some help as well.

Justin, I know roughly how to score but I think I better have somebody else tell ya how. I bet there is some place on the interent that would take ya through the steps. Anybody know of a link? Congrats on the deer.
