Hey my buddy lost his hunter safty card where does he go to get a new one ?

Usually the Hunter Safety Program in your state has a telephone number you can call and after proof of identification and such, they will issue you a replacement card. I would contact any hunter safety instructor in the area and ask them for help. They will know who to contact.

Have him contact the Iowa Department of Natural Resourses. They handle the huntersafty program.

BETTER ANSWER!!!!! Go to the IA DNR websight, where you purchase licenses on-line. Follow the prompts and at the bottom of the listed licenses, you can purchase areplacement card for about $5.00. My son did it this way and had a new card in a few days. Jim
