450 acres in Knox County Nebraska
#1
Knox County, Nebraska: This is approximately 450 acres with two creeks flowing through the property. Hardwoods with dams and plenty of cover. Deep draws with plenty of bedding area. This is a managed property that will be strictly controlled with a maximum of 3 bucks harvested during all seasons and a 4.5 year old age restriction enforced on buck harvest. A couple of areas of CRP offer pheasant hunting and no shortage of turkeys on this property. Lodging within 5 miles may be negotiated as well.
A portion of archery season has been leased so the property is available for the Nebraska November Rifle Season (November 16-24) and December 1st, 2013-August 31st, 2014. Lease now and you will have first option to lease the entire property for the 2014-15 hunting seasons. Price for remainder of this year is $2,800 and the 2014-15 lease will be $4,200. Land management services offered through Midwest Wildlife Habitat Services.

Hmmm.....this group supposedly leases ground for its members to hunt, wonder why they are trying to sublease this parcel? Doesn't seem fair to the hunters who have already paid to participate in their program?
