About 20-30 miles from where the Lowenstein Buck was taken. Asking $45,000.00. Second Parcel is about 24 acres and has a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home on it and a 7 acre stocked pond. Also has turkey and deer. You'll even get deer walking into the front yard in the evening. Low taxes $1702 per year right now. Asking $225,000.00 for this one.
