I have 137 acres that I am thinking about selling. It is in Addison NY Which is in Steuben County, approximately 15 minutes to PA border. 90% wooded, 2 established food plots and QDM managed the last 4 years. There is a hutning camp on the land that sleeps 6-8 comfortably. THere is also a well, septic, and electric hookup by the road. Asking $185,000 which is $1350/acre.
