Just picked up another tract of land here in western ny this property has not been hunted for quite some time. I am keeping this one for myself and nine hunters. Priced at $5,000.00 per year per man this should assure that the group will be more upscaled hunters with a professional attitude regarding the hunt. Have not worked out some details yet regarding guests and such.Payment due Sept !st. Do not confuse this with the other leases posted, they are nearly full contrary to the the few guys that posted rather uninformed opinions.

I don't think that people have posted uninformed opinions. They just voiced surprise at the price and number of people involved in your leases compared to their own experiences. In many places, good hunting ground leases for $20 or less per acres. So, someone could lease a good size piece of ground for themself for the same price as sharing ground with 30 people on your lease. But, as you indicated, there is evidentally sufficient demand in your area for you to fill your leases, so it works for you, even if it sounds pretty wild for other folks elsewhere.
