I have 90 Acres along the Illinois River that I would be interested in leasing. I have never leased it to anyone before but I am the only person that bow hunts it and I cannot hang any more heads on the wall.I am not an outfitter!! I have specifically managed this land for Deer for the past 12 years and only take mature 140"+ deer. We do shotgun hunt the land to thin the doe heard.[/align][/align]I try to take 10 - 12 Does off the property every year. This year between me bowhunting and my son, nephew and a buddie, we took 13 Deer (4 Bucks, 1-10 / 2 9's / and an 8) and 1 Mule deer whitetail cross. Have a mulie doe running around as well.[/align][/align]This is a very unique piece of property, 1/2 is in Greene County and 1/2 is in Scott county. Bordered on the east by 17,000 acres of open bottom land and the west by the illinois river Pike county is across the river.
