Nice article in the Champaign News Gazette about eating Silvers

Today on the front page of the Champaign News Gazette was a nice article with photo of this highly touted chef filleting and preparing a couple of dishes using silver carp during a large demonstration before a lot of people (including a couple local congressmen). I think it was sponsored by the same group that donate the venison to the state wide soup kitches and said that several thousand silver carp meals had been prepared in the kitchens throughout the state but they still were having difficulty in obtaining the fish for their use....hmmmm, I wonder where or how they could obtain more of those.
