Default Last trip

Took good buddy from Georgia down to Carlyle dam yesterday along with Billy K. Was a very slow start. Water very low, boat ramp almost out of the water. By buddy Mark, proved he can shoot fish as well as deer. On Tuesday he shot a very nice 11 pt that scored 130. He shot 8 big heads as well. Of course this time of the year we had the place to ourselves. ended up boating 13 big heads, 1 common from the river, 8 silvers and a quill back for Kendall. most likely last trip of the year.

Yea, you've probably shot them all out. With the water so low, they can't move upstream or downstream and new fish can't make it up there. Like shooting fish in a barrel.

Note the back ground in the pics. how low the water is. look how much of the ramp is out of the water, and shoreline exposed. Thanks for posting the picks Christine.
