New members/ Deer Classic

I'm ashamed to say that I lost one of the new membership applications from the IL Deer and Turkey Classic.
I know it was someone from Northern Illinois.
If you signed up at the Deer and Turkey Classic, please email or pm me so I can go over the list and be sure you're on it. Otherwise, you won't get the membership packet.
