Default New carp cleaning video complete

I now have a copy of the final product in hand. I am told that it will be posted on youtube in three segments, maybe already is there. The DVDs will be made available too, eventually, probably for free, and that will give you the ability to see some of the fine detail, which might help a little. But I think even the youtube version might be adequate. The title of the video is "Flying Fish, Great Dish" and it was produced at the Louisiana State University Ag Center. A professional job, and even sports a bit of animation (of the bones) that was done by my son.

Instructions on how to make flying carp wings and also deboning.

If you find it on youtube, post a link.

I don't think that's it. That one has been on Prairie state outdoors for quite awhile. Keep digging Rob.

I sure can't find it yet. I guess they want to keep it a secret so as to open their own franchise, Long John (Asian) Silvers.

I don't think the LSU folks have it up yet. That other link was pretty impromptu, kneeling on a boat ramp. Couple steps down from dressing grass carp on the tongue of the boat trailer while gassing up. I'll keep checking and let you guys know when they put it up. I think there will be DVDs available too, which should have better resolution than youtube. IL Sea Grant, the folks that organized the Bolingbrook Bass Pro flying fish frying event, will probably be distributing them. They are partly to blame for this effort.
