I haven't seen the article so it hard for me to comment but is there a way it can be seen online? Also is there a contact person so we can voice our greater majority view as seen in this thread??

Ed DeVries,President of the BAI,wants bowfishing for Ill. sport fish,such as bass,legalized.His argument is that if he is fishing with hook and line he can take a limit,so why can't he take the same limit by bowfishing?
