due to a series of unfortunate events i will not be able to attend but will get out none the less. i broke my knuckle, am broke due to buying stuff for prom, and my boat is not big enough,those arejust a couple of the reasons why i can't go, but good luck to all of you who are going to make it. i will hopefully get out on the des plaines for a while with my new spear and my good hand but that is only a dream since i have to go to the doctor on thursday and he could make my weekend horrible if my hand is not healing right. sorry for ranting i just needed to get that out. so good luck and be safe. you should also take lots of pictures for those who cant go. thanks for listening.

Wow, really sorry to hear you can't go! I know a certain someone who broke their hand and couldn't bowfish most of the summer. It's still up in the air on us going for sure. I just found out my fiberglass cloth is on it's way, resin is questionable. Take it easy so your hand can heal right!

And prom? Where's your priorities? :)

Great bunch of guys and gals here, and you can put some faces with the names at the tourney. (We only have these things as an excuse to eat have fun anyway.) ;)

Sorry to here you can't come William. I guess I'll have to wait to see you on the Des Plaines as soon as you are back in shooting shape. We'll get Mark, Bowman, and us out there and REALLY tear them up some night in May.

I think the boat count is expected in the teens with 2 or 3 shooters per boat. Billy Davis's family and friends will be there along with some other interested locals checking out the scene.

Our fish disposal hole has been dug. It doesn't look like we'll be able to drive right up to it. (too wet still) So, we'll need a bit more leg work.. but we should be good.

OK it is official; TeamShort Bus will definately take the win this weekend. I have alot of frustration pent up and I am needing to kill and draw blood (on fish preferably).

I just found out that I did not get drawn for my once in a lifetime hunt in Montana for elk this year...........

Well folks..we found out our Boat License is up and we cannot find the new one....so right now we are out of a boat.
