Bow Fishing Canoe for Sale
When I moved to Texas I was unable to bring my canoe which I rigged up for bow fishing. I purchased everything new last June. It is a 14' Sportsman Canoe with a 42" beam. I have a lb thrust Minkota and a battery with it. It has front and rear LED lighting for night usage. It is equip with 2- 500,000 candle spotlights. I also have built a "T" brace that fits into a 2 " hitch receiver so you can haul it in the back of a truck bed. I love this little rig but bringing it down to Texas does not make sense, financially. Sorry, I don't have any photos. Kendall and I shot from this rig on the Sangamon last Summer He Can tell you what it is like. The Canoe also has outriggers but they got delivered to Texas. They are made with Lobster trap buoys and I can tell you how to make them. Materials will cost about $30.00 or I can ship mine to you for the same amount. I also built 2 platforms so that you are standing about even with the gunwales when you are shooting. I wish I didn't have to sell it but it doesn't make sense bringing it down here to Dallas.
I will sell the whole thing for $400.00 firm.

David's canoe would be perfect for all those places that are difficult (or impossible) to get a bigger boat into. I was skeptical it would hold both of us and all our bowfishing gear. But it proved more than up to the task.
It will make someone a nice set-up. David, I really think it would be better if you took it to the trinity and have some of those huge gar tow it around.

RE: Bow Fishing Canoe for Sale
Don't have any. The boat is in Illinois and I am here in Texas. It was my intention to bring it with me but when the movers came, I was in Texas. The movers, at the last minute, told my wife it would be an extra $1200.00 to ship the canoe. We made the decision to leave it in Illinois.
It is set up to meet the needs of any bowfisher. It is as comfortable as a conoe can be. I spent a lot of hours getting it right. It is a steal for $400.00
