Kendall did what ?

OK, OK.
I think it was a rock actually.
The tilt/trim motor for the outboard has a tendency to stick if it gets a little bit of moisture and sets for a while. So I just left the outboard where it was a continued fishing. Whatever it was stopped that boat cold. I did a very un-graceful 1 1/2 loser (the opposite of a 1 1/2gainer).
Even in a power plant lake that water sure is cold this time of year. The 10 minute ride back to the ramp was even colder.
It wouldn't have been quite so bad if it'd been July.
What's weird in a good way was that I had my wallet and cell phone in my pocket and even though I got thoughly soaked I manged to pull them out quick enough that they were unharmed.

DEFINETLY the wrong time of year to do that! Just be glad Christine wasn't there; she'd have been taking pictures.
Actually, I wish she were. That would have been funny to see.
It happens to the best of us. (I have to say that cause I've done it before...)

Carpsniper,
Glad to hear there wasn't another rock where you landed. Could've hurt the rock.
I wish I had your luck with cell phones though. I dunked one about a month ago, and fried itself real good. Leave it to the electrical guy.
