Ky here we come!
Well finally looks like we are going to be able to put a Ky trip together. Snuffy & kbi-Prez, Me, Jake from The state tournament second place team fame, and good old cliff the newbie. Should get down some time friday night aroun 9-10. Will shoot all night, Saturday afternoon and then again Saturday night. be home sunday afternoon. Got hotel reservations and we are all set. woopie

There's a Charity Bowfishing tourney starting out of the Cumberland Ramp at 7pm on Friday. Runs until 11pm. All money goes to National Archery in the schools program. Costs $30.00 per boat.

Fri July 27th Barkley Dam Ramp-- All proceeds go to NASP ( National Archery in Schools Program)
May trailer between Cumberland and Tennessee rivers only
****Barkley and Kentucky Lakes and Ohio River are off limits.****
Register 6:00pm -7:00 pm Tournament from 7 PM -11 PM ( Short/sweet)
$30 per boat 2-3 man teams includes big fish pot (3 divisions)
Payback will be prizes - money goes to NASP 1st,2nd,3rd places
Door prizes to be given away
FORMAT- BIG 5 fish of different species.
:If a team has 5 different species and another team has only 4 but larger the team with 5 different fish still wins
Big fish prizes to 3 divisions: Common Carp, Gar, Buffalo
Fish species :
1) Bighead/silver (count as same species) 7) Paddlefish/spoonbill
2) Gar (all count as same species) 8) Grass carp
3) Buffalo (all count as same species) 9) suckers
4) Catfish (all count as same species) 10) skipjack
5) Shad 11) Drum
6) Common carp 12) Grenel
Etc,Etc.

Christine, we are staying there at Culvert City also. But not checking in until 7am Saturday. It is such a deal. Fish all night on Friday. Check in at 7am sleep until 2pm. Eat, go shoot fish until around 6-7. Go back to motel clean up, eat go shoot fish all night until moring. Go back to motel sleep until 11am check out. All that for the price of one night. Plus all the electricity to charge the batteries, sweet deal...
