Well as of right now we are going to have a shoot at shelbyville lake, illinois. We will be launching from lythia springs (southern east side of the lake). Registration will start at 09:00 on the 25th of august the tournament will start at 10:00. This will be a 24 hour tournament, finishing at lythia at 10:00 on the 26th. We will hold the steak and dog at the pavillion down on the lake from the marina at 17:00 (5 o'clock for regular folk). As far as dumpster still working on it. As far as door prizes looks like normal, if nothing else, will take what comes in and divy it up between the places. Will have firm confirmation on the dumpster later this week.

Okay here it is. On august the 25th at 09:00 at Lythia springs at lake shelbyville, illinois we will have preregistration for the Steak and dog shoot. this will be a 24 hour tournament, starting at 10:00 and going till 10:00 am on sunday. There will be a 4.00 launch fee and I am thinking 20.00 dollars for tournament with 5.00 big fish award. There is a camp ground right there also, I believe it is 16.00 dollars a day but don't quote me on that. At 17:00 we will have the Steak and dog dinner at the pavilion right off the lake at Lythia Marina. It will be a big 20 format. We will have a dumpster provided from Gregorys tackle. We will have to bag our fish to put them in there. I will provide the bags and help or count them and put them in there. We are only allowed by the Corps to have a max of 14 boats launching for the tournament from here, might be able to squeak a couple more in. I have been having a hard time this time of year getting people to donate door prizes and such, I know Christine said she will have the usual ones, but like I stated if nothing else will have fun and pay the money back out. My hopes are that next year will be able to have ample prizes and we will definately be lauching from another site!! I apoligize to all, been real busy with work, having to work alot of overtime and few other things. Any other question feel free to post here or email me at [email protected].

Yes, thanks Todd. You know we all will appreciate it. Me especially, since I just LOVE a good steak! Mark and I know where to look for the big ones now, so it might be a little different this time out there. Still, I remember the Indy boys said it was totally different last time there than any time before, so who knows? Either way, we'll have a ball, as usual.

Well, I did get to go out 2 weeks ago, and the grass is deep and water merky, so the carp is hard to see and get too. The Gar was still rolling, and Buffalo was running here and there. I know you all will enjoy it, and as usual will be good to see all who have to same passion as I. Just wish could of had more time and put more effort into it to have a better shoot, we will see.

That sounded so good I had to put it in quotes. LOL
