Got my first2 Bigheads on 6/3 from the Des Plaines River.
They fight nice, especiallyfrom my 8 foot plastic boat.

Mark and I shot 18 buffalo, 8 commons, 1 mirror carp and 1 longnose gar last night (tuesday) on the DesPlaines River near Channahon.

If it isn't mentioned, from the Shelbyville shoot, we took 24 commons, 2 quillback, 4 buffalo, and 19 shortnose gar.

I got 1 common the other day when I took my 4 year old out on the Bobber. Fish were scarce, andwehad 5 pull offs. My daughter saved a cicada from drowning. Good thing too, there are so few of them.
