Default Here's what I'm doing

Shot a nice male coyote this morning out my kitchen window. I always have a deer carcess staked out in the field behind myhouse. Most of the time they feed at night, but every now and then they come in for a morning snack. So I wacked this guy out my kitchen window. I have a nice sand bag all made up and laying by the window for times just like this. He dropped right in his tracks. Did not even let go of the bite he had. Used a .270 with 110 gr V Max bullet. Hit him right behind the shoulder came out between the neck and opposite shoulder. He was angling away from me. The joys of living in the country. Still cant' wait to wack some fish.

Did not weight it. KBI-Prez wanted the hide but had too large of exit hole. Thanks for posting the pictures for me.

Very nice.

I must say that I'm jealous of you folks that can shoot in your back yards.
That just sounds like too much fun.

Very cool Johnny B! I'm planning on hunting them some this year. I really want a couple rugs and a full-mount for my bar.

Nice shootin'!

Was he going to use it as a loincloth? If so, I can understand why the hole wouldn't go over so well. Nobody wants a drafty loincloth.
