Our hope was to have the IB newsletter out by mid October. Here it is November 2 and i'm still working on it. My appologies.

One of the main things we need to get out to you is that November is for nominating officers for the upcoming election.

This year, President and Secretary are up for election. But first, we need nominees. If you or anyone you know would like to run for the office of President or Secretary. Please notify one of the current officers.

To make a nomination you must be a member and of course the person you nominate must be a member. The nominee does have the right to decline.

I'll start it off.

I nominate Christine Appleberg for the office of President.

I nominate Dr. Rob Grider for the office of Secretary.

I second those nominations!!

I totally agree its like a well oiled machine right now,

I can't think of any reason not to re-elect both of them.

Does the Secretary still have to sit on the President's lap during meetings, or did we get that fixed? [&:]

The club has done very well under the under all of the current officers...
...even if they do sneak around in the darkshooting helpless carp.

Our current officers are doing a fine job! Let's continue the trend...

I ditto Bowman's ditto. And you know me, I love sneaking a lapdance in the dark (how come I wasn't at that meeting?).

As the deadline approaches, I just want to make sure all IB members have an opportunityand avoice in their club.
