Default Hooked sister

Well I sent my kid sister packing yesterday back to cheese country. She has already got to know sully's. And should have a zebco 888, reel seat, 200# fast flight line and some penetrator points waiting on her when she gets there. Our trip to Carlyle Dam shooting big heads and her new pending long nose gar record was real icing on the cake. But then too I took her over too Indiana to shoot some common carp and buffalo. Actually she is coming back in June to be my partner at the Turtle creek tournament. She has her buddy KBI-Prez in her sights. She actually thinks it will be pretty easy to beat him. I mean Christine did last year and almost this year.
Especially with me going down this weekend with Snuffy to do a scouting trip.

Hey.....!
I've already set up my own bow - thank you very little!!! and I already have a story! (go figure).
Went up to my place in Portage, WI this past weekend and was pole fishing in my boat. Decided NOT to take my bow because of weather conditions and of course had not one, but TWO carp casually swim past the boat laughing at me. I raced (as fast as one can go with a trolling motor) back to my trailer, grabbed my bow and as we headed back outto fish itbegan to down pour! So my 2nd lesson learned in bowfishing is to always take my bow with!!!

Welcome CHZHead aka Diana. That's one lesson you should never forget! Always bring your bow. Once in a while you can forget your rod and reel but never your bow. Sorry to hear you got rained out. Better luck next time.

Welcome aboard CHZhead!

You'll never feel like you get enough time shooting fish, but keeping the bow handy whenever you go out will help.

When the urge gets so bad that you lunge for your bow to shoot a carp while dropping your pole and losing a bass, then you have to start going to meetings. (IB meetings)
