I went out a couple of times over the weekend, and got 2 more commons and1 short-nosed gar from DPCA.

The 40 degree nights really cooled off the action, at least in the morning when I was able to get out. I'm starting to run into other bowfishermen out on the water. It's good to see.

HEY!!! Who's supposed to update this? I'm curious to see where we're at. And you were right Christine, it was 26 fish saturday, not 21 like I thought.

our numbers are:

1,067Common Carp

328 Bigheads Which brings the total to: 2,438
8 Bowfin
7Quillback
3 Mirror
1 Silver
1 Grassie
1 Sucker

Unless someone has other fish to add..

The problem is that we have two threads running. You have to check them both. :)

I know. The final tally wasn't done on either of them.

Okay, what do you all think we can do this year as far as a grand total? I don't think that 4000 rough-fish is out of the question.

My suggestion would be to condenseboth threads and keep the running total on top pegged and edit the first post as needed. This is much too confusing to dig up the latest count.

From now on... all fish counts go on this thread. The other thread is for the total only.

How about changing this threads's title to "Add to the 2006 IB Fish Count Here" ? It might help clarify in the future since people may not read the whole text before posting.
