I wish the fish were as dedicated. It was tough to see with all of the bubbles from the boiling water. :DJust about cooked me.

Billy Davis shot that gar in Rend. I got a 10lber from there.(it's the fat gar in the gar cleaning webpage)There are some big spotted down there.


Slim said he's still stacking up fish down in S. IL and KY. Things have slowed with the hot weather tho'. I hear he's been chasing women too.

I'd love to, but I had to go to my buddy's place and change out his water heater on Sat, and then had other plans for Sun that didn't involve water except for going to the pool. :D

One of those carp was actually a Mirror, and it was my partner's first fish of the day.

Either way,that is one nice haul.

Actually, there were quite a few mirror carp. (yes I have first hand knowlege of this)
I didn't keep a separate count on them. I would guess there were at least a dozen turned in.(and that is a conservative estimate)

Hey Billy, want to add 2 commonsfor me? Got out today to give it a try. I used my compound and turned it way down. It took me a few shots to remember how to shoot it, but I pulled in 2 and had 4 pull-offs. Not use to the reduced power, but I'll get it!
