Thanks for checking JW. I don't know what is going on , all my other e-mail works. I am going to copy the address and try to send him an e-mail that way.

The link will be affected by how your own computer interprets it and sets it up. My computer wants me to open MS Edge (which I don't use) and then set up an account.

If you copy the address and paste it into your regular email program, you will be able to bypass whatever hyperlink has been attached, depending on how the OP set up the link. Worst case scenario is you manually type the address into your regular email program and then you eliminate any hyperlink issues at all.
