Free Range Whitetail Hunts:
Our area is situated in Northern Saskatchewan in the Northern Boreal forest, our hunting area is totally private, no other hunters are allowed access, the only hunting that is done here is by us. We have the opportunity to manage the deer herd the way we want, so no over hunting here. The ranches we hunt on are surrounded by other cattle ranches so this gives us the opportunity to perimeter bait, this raises the bar greatly in our favour. We draw deer into our baits from greater distances, our area is heavily wooded and very secluded, with many lakes, large areas of willows and spruce bluffs so the whitetail roam freely and very rarely see humans at all.

Bighorn Buck Adventures is situated in the Northern Boreal Forest, the only place you can find them heavy dark horned mature whitetail deer. Our preserve is one of the biggest in Saskatchewan, with miles of perimeter fence. It is comprised of heavy forest with white and black poplar, pine and spruce trees. Trophy Elk Hunts:
Bighorn Buck Adventures offers Trophy elk from 300” all the way to 600” and everything in between. We are situated in the Northern Boreal Forest at Pierceland Saskatchewan, Our preserve is one of the biggest in Saskatchewan with miles of perimeter fence. Our area has rolling hills, open meadows with both white and black poplar, spruce and pine bluffs, this is why our Trophy bulls have the chocolate color and the silver tips. We are one of the few places anywhere that you can hunt massive bulls of this caliber!
All of our bulls are mature and heavy horned; we like to have them as typical as possible, no junk here! If they are not good enough for our wall, there not good enough to have in the preserve. We offer many different hunts to accommodate all types of hunters, whether you are a rifle or bow hunter you will enjoy the sheer size and the challenge this hunt will give you.
Over time Bighorn Buck Adventures had to add an extra day to our elk hunt as it put to much pressure on our clients to complete the hunt in 3 days. All lodging is in our newly built log lodge nestled in the trees far from all the traffic of modern life but close to the preserve so in September you can hear the elk bugle in the early mornings and late evenings. Our black bears are hunted on private ranches, where the forest meets the farmland. Spring black bears vary in size from 300 pounds and up, with 500 pound bears a good possibility. Our clients have taken a large number of color phase bears in the past years. The hunts are 5 days long and include guiding, lodging and preparation for transport of your animal. There are two seasons for Bear hunts - Spring which begins in May and Fall which begins in September. All other hunts are available from September to December and combo hunts are available from September on. We offer a challenging hunt for everyone and we can accommodate anyone!
