Great price for a unique opportunity to hunt both states back to back for 8 days. I'm not an outfitter but simply want to offset my expenses this year. I'm asking $3000 to hunt 8 days total (4 days in both states) in October and asking $4000 to hunt 8 days total (4 days in both states) in November. I'd take $500 off each for buddy hunts. I'm only going to have two spots total. Motels are clean and cheap nearby. If you only want to hunt one state that's ok too for half price.

I have 640 acres total in both states. The Kansas land is in unit 12 near Sedan and is very remote laying 2 miles from the nearest county road on a dead section. This spot is excellent with 320 acres of very dense cover and lots of elevation changes. It has lots of turkey and deer. Feel free to kill one turkey here if you get the extra tag. In Kansas it's legal to kill a turkey under the corn feeder so you are nearly guaranteed a chance for a turkey.

The Oklahoma land is in Woods county in northwest Oklahoma which is on the border of the famed unit 16 of Kansas. This is also 320 acres broken into 2 160 acre parcels each about 20 miles apart. Both parcels have creek bottoms containing mature trees and is surrounded by open prairies which makes for excellent ambush points. One has wheat and the other has CRP grass. Turkeys here are available but cannot be shot within 100 yards of the corn feeders so success is limited but you are welcome to try it for no extra charge if you buy the extra tag. Oklahoma deer in this area are as big as anything in Kansas.

Tags are over the counter in Oklahoma and Kansas still has unit 12 tags available.
