Texas Bow Hunt
I lease 3,000 acres in Shamrock TX that runs along the river. We have lots of deer, turkey and some hogs.
We killed a 150 and a 148 last year. I'm not a outfitter, I'm a bow hunter and this is very good hunting.
You can hunt for 4 days for $1000 that gets you 1 mature buck, 2 does, 2 hen turkeys and hogs.
We are in the panhandle about 120 miles East of Amarillo. We have lots of cover and timber for this part
of the country. Low Hunting pressure.

RE: Texas Bow Hunt
i traded a hunt, his pigs for my whitetails. from what i heard he had a great setup so i went with it. i took 1 friend down with me and had an absolute blast. i maybe be wrong but there had to be 60 or 70 pigs in this group, you could hear them from a half mile away. he told us that the boars don't taste as good so we turned down a 500 lb. boar for a 250 pound sow, let me tell you she tastes excelent. i guide myself and i can vouch for yancy that he has the right land and he has feeders setup, scouting all the time, a real professional setup. for what he has he should be charging more for your value of a hunt.
