Trying to find Texas or Oklahoma hog hunt for 2 guys. Just starting to research possible locations/outfitters and will probably hunt February 2009. Please include price in responses if possible.

He guarantees an opportunity or they will refund your money; that is how much faith they have in these ranches. They hunt day and night, safari style, spot and stalk, still blinds, baiting senderos or roads, and hunt places that are permanently baited (feeders etc) They have some lighted feeder setup that can be hunted at night.

They are always on the ranch or ranches to help with the hunting to insure the best success as possible. The rates can vary depending on the ranches they are hunting at a certain time so these prices can vary accordingly. This first hunt is for as many meat hogs or sows you can harvest. Throughout this hunt you can harvest one trophy boar if available. The second hunt is for a fully guided "trophy boar". This outfitter does a lot of scouting prior to the hunts and always has trophy, boars located to insure that you will not be disappointed.

Texas Hog / Javalina combination Hunts

We also offer a hog / javelina package hunt that is conducted in South Texas in the Laredo area which is by far the best area to do a combination hunt like this. $300.00 per day per person, 2 day minimum for the all inclusive hog hunt. Then if you wish to harvest any javelina you are allowed 2 per hunter. The javelina will have an additional fee of $200.00 per javelina when they are harvested. This outfitter has had a 100%success rate on this hunt for the last several years. The outfitter offers a group discount and will work with you to customize these hunt packages.

OKLAHOMA HOG HUNT

Oklahoma hog hunts south of Oklahoma City between Chickasha and Rushsprings.. These Oklahoma hog hunts will occur on over 3,000 acres of rangeland and pasture land. These hogs are on free ranging country and are not fenced into small areas.

Hunting will be done by either spot and stalk or by hunting out of blinds over active bait stations. This ranch holds an exceptionally large population of hogs. Hunters will find the hogs either coming to the feeders, feeding along large pastures or rooting in the mud at the upper ends of the numerous lakes and ponds that are on the ranch. This ranch has never been hog hunted so there are some exceptional hogs on the property in size and quanity.

The cost of the hunt includes access to private property, showing you the boundaries, utilization of the blinds and the feeders. The hunter is responsible for transportation to the hunt area and during the hunt. These are self-guided hunts.

Any weapon is permitted. Bow blinds over bait will be available to the archery hunter. Please inform us ahead of time if you will be using a bow.

Hog hunts will take place year round, but spring and fall are the preferred dates. There will be no hog hunting when deer hunting is occurring on the property .

Per day hunt:$175.00 per day per hunter, two day minimum, two hunter minimum.

Three day hunt:$550.00 per hunter, two hunter minimum. This includes the cost of the motel on a double occupancy basis in a nearby town.

Bag limit:Two hogs per day. A wounded hog constitutes a dead hog. Additional hogs, above the daily bag limit, can be harvested for $300.00 per hog.

Weapons: A hunter can hunt with any type of weapon. Bow blinds over bait will be available for the bow hunter.

Seasons:
[/align]They hunt year around, but prefer hunting in the spring and fall. They do not hog hunt when deer hunters are on the property.
