We are going to be booking a few hunters on our 5700 acre properties in Buffalo County, WI. For those of you who don't know....more Boone& Crockett / Pope & Young bucks are harvested from this county, than any other county in the world. We harvested twice as many bucks to the runner up, which was Pike County, Ill. We run a very limited amount of hunter on the properties and rotate our standsin order to keep the pressure low on the deer. Between our properties we ended 2006 with the average buck being 148". Our guides work very hard to keep that average high. Our goal is to rebook all our hunters, by working hard to put them on deer, offering a highquality hunt, and have fun. We feel that would be the biggest part of our management because the hunters would know the size and quality of the deer on the property, and thus, pass on smaller bucks. We can then countinue to harvest mature bucks year after year.

All of our hunts include meals, lodging, and guide. We just finished construction of our 3200 sg. foot lodge. Our rooms vary from individual, to a seperate outpost cabin (that sleeps up to 4) depending on the size of your group. All of our meals are home cooked and as good as it gets. No one leaves here hungry!!!
We are offering limited spotsfor early/rut Archery hunts, rifle hunts, and muzzleloader hunts. Price range from $1850 - $2650 depending on the hunt. The season dates are as follows, please give me a call to check on availability or if you have any questions:

Early Archery:
September 15th - October 13th

Rut Archery:
October 14th - November 15th

Rifle Season:
November 17th - November 20th

Muzzleloader Season:
November 17th - December 4th

What kind of success rate do you have on your bow hunts?

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. We have been working on the food plots. We ended up with a 44% success rate between all of our properties last year. Feel free to give me a call if you have any other questions.

We still have a couple of Early Archery Season spots available for anyone interested in hunting Wisconsin in September. The hunting is very good early, as the deer are still in their feeding patterns. After having us scout them throughout the summer we typically have these bucks patterned pretty well. The cost on these early hunts is $1850 - $2150 for a 5 day hunt.
