Deer Hunters - our outfitter in Saskatchewan just had 5 openings come available for this year. The hunt dates are Nov 5-10 2007. Saskatchewan is one of the hottest destinations for trophy deer hunting and these dates with this fine outfitter won't last long. They also have some great bear hunting if you are interested in a spring trophy. Read below for some info on the outfitter.
This is relatively new camp and area. 1999 wasthe first year of operation. The areathey hunt is over 250,000 acres. The guideswere born and raised in this area and are all avid outdoorsmen and hunters. The area is forested, so most hunting is done from a stand or rattling along rivers, flood plains, swamps, logged areas and hydro lines. They do not road hunt. The stands are everything from enclosed, heated wood stands to ground blinds, ladder stands and portables. Theyhave a place for everyone, regardless of age or size.
Theyare located on the east side of the province of Saskatchewan, bordering Manitoba. They hunt in October with muzzleloaders and November and the start of December with rifles. Bow hunters are also welcome.
The camp consists of two remote cabins. One cabin is the kitchen eating area and guide quarters, the other is for the hunters. There is running water, indoor plumbing and power is provided with a diesel generator.
