Refund Policy
A deposit of 25% is due at time of booking. Balance is due before the start of your hunt. Your deposit will be refunded if you fail to draw a tag or in cases of medical emergency or death in your family.
Meat processing and taxidermy fees are the responsibility of the hunter. They will help you get in touch with local services.

License fees are not included in the price of the hunt. The hunter is responsible for obtaining the proper license and tag. For more information on hunting licenses contact the Wyoming Game and Fish at http://gf.state.wy.us or 307-777-4655. All hunters must obtain a Wyoming Conservation Stamp, which can be purchased locally after arrival.
The outfitter will provide your lunch while you hunt. You will need to arrange all other meals, travel and accommodations. The ranch is located about 15 miles from the town of Kaycee.
